About Adam
"Hi, my name's Adam, I'm a Personal Trainer based in Bangor, Gwynedd..."
Adam is a REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, gaining his qualifications with Premier Training International. Having left the Army, Adam worked for Total Fitness in Prenton as a Membership Consultant, and later for DW Sports Fitness as a Fitness Instructor and Duty Manager. Driven by his passion for health and fitness, Adam launched his own business as a self employed Personal Trainer, and hasn't looked back! In addition to work, Adam is studying for a degree in Sports Science, and working to become a Master Trainer. He coaches Bangor University Athletics Club's sprinters, and is an Officer in the Territorial Army. Adam enjoys hill walking and climbing, and in his spare time (which isn't much!) can be found with his head under the bonnet of his car, or watching action films. He lists his main strengths as his compassion and ability to communicate, and his weaknesses as chocolate and over-training! (It's hard to say 'no' to another good phys session, especially when the weather is so dull - Adam)
