Fat Loss

I hear plenty of people say 'I want to lose weight', and many even have a number of pounds or kilos in their mind, and probably a date they'd like to loose it by. They have more than likely tried a number of 'fad' diets, and have had some limited success until they stopped buying the expensive 'special' foods.

My training focuses instead on body composition, rather than on weight; you can be 'overweight' and be perfectly healthy (take your average professional rugby player for example) but if you are carrying excess body fat then you are at risk. By focusing on body fat, and on visual results as well as numbers, I am able to get excellent results with my clients.

By establishing a training program to fit round existing scedules, and making alterations to diet and lifestyle, I am able to bring about a change in a client's body composition. The key to healthy fat loss is patience, as change comes about slowly, but rest assured, I will be with you for the long haul!
