Strength Conditioning
Whether your aim is to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, build strength or improve your performance as a runner or rugby player, improve your golf swing or tennis serve, strength conditioning is for you.
Using free weights, body weight, sleds, parachutes, hurdles, cones etc I will design a bespoke Strength Conditioning program for you, based around your needs and constraints.
Supplemented with correct nutritional intervention, my Strength Conditioning training has yielded excellent results. It will continue to be my forte, and as long as it is demanded it will be provided.
