patient and knowledgeable trainer, whether it is for weight loss,
fitness increase, strength training or general health. The time I was training
with Adam was the toughest regime I had ever done, but I loved every minute of it!
Apart from being a genuinely lovely man, his knowledge and skills are unbeatable
and if I could have a personal trainer it would be Ad without a doubt,
it's just a shame he's over 200 miles away!"

I've been training with Adam for 3 months.
He always maintains a professional attitude and looks to get the best out of the
individual and the group. His 'Spartan Training' is well structured and
challenging. A great motivator who will make you go that extra bit, Adam's training style
is clear, precise and informative and he will answer any questions with a good amount
of knowledge. All in all, Adam has my highest of reccommendations.
